Saudi Arabia doesn't yet offer e-visas, so the wrong document or a missed step can mean starting over. We've built our process specifically around getting it right the first time.

Yes. Saudi Arabia does not currently offer e-visas, so your genuine passport is required rather than a copy — the visa is physically affixed to a page inside it. We arrange secure collection so you don't have to courier it yourself.
Preparation generally takes 1–3 working days, and the relevant authority's processing typically takes up to 7 working days after that. Work visas need longer — usually 2–3 weeks of preparation — so we recommend starting 1–2 months before you plan to travel.
No. We are an independent, South African documentation facilitation company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Saudi government or its embassy. Our fees cover our own facilitation service, separate from any official government fee.
We also assist with clearance certificates, document attestation, legalisation, apostille of South African documents, and sworn translations for clients travelling or relocating for work.
Disclosure: Visit Saudi Arabia is an independent, privately owned documentation and visa facilitation service based in South Africa. We are not a government agency, embassy, consulate, or official representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government body.
Fees charged by us are service fees for document preparation, courier handling and facilitation, and are separate from any official visa or government fee that may apply. Visa approval, processing times and entry requirements are determined solely by the relevant government authority; we cannot guarantee approval, processing time, or entry, and we make no representation on their behalf.
Requirements can change without notice. We recommend confirming current visa requirements directly with the relevant embassy or official government source before finalising travel plans.
